1. Return Window
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility Criteria
- Item must be unused and unwashed
- Returned in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
3. Exchanges
- One-time free exchange per order
- Applicable for size-related issues
- Subject to stock availability
4. Refunds
- Refunds are allowed for eligible returns
- Return shipping charges are borne by the customer
- Free return shipping applies to exchanges (one-time)
- Processed after inspection and approval
- Completed within 7 business days
- Credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. Once verified, a replacement or resolution will be provided.
6. Non-Returnable Conditions
- Items that are worn or washed
- Missing tags or packaging
- Requests raised after 7 days
- Damage caused by misuse
- Items purchased during sale or promotional offers
