At VRAXWEAR™, every product is crafted in limited batches to maintain premium quality and attention to detail.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time:
• Karnataka: 2–5business days
• Rest of India: 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary during high-demand drops, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Charges
We currently ship within India only.
• Orders below ₹699: ₹99 standard shipping charge
• Orders ₹699 and above: Free shipping
If Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected, an additional COD handling fee may apply.
Any applicable shipping charges are displayed clearly before order confirmation at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.
You can track your shipment in real-time using the provided tracking link.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
VRAXWEAR™ is not responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Delivery Attempts (COD Orders)
Orders refused or unaccepted at delivery without prior cancellation may not be eligible for re-shipment.
